Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Experience working with collaboration, communications, or customer engagement platforms Strong understanding of product delivery and roadmap ownership Experience working with cross-functional technology teams Interest in digital experience, automation, and modern workplace technology Strong stakeholder and communication skills Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement Ability to balance business needs, user experience, and technical capability Experience with Zoom, UCaaS, telephony, or omni-channel platforms is beneficial Responsibilities: Own and evolve the product roadmap for communications and collaboration platforms Drive improvements across Zoom and omni-channel engagement tools Work with Engineering, IT, and Operations teams to deliver features, integrations, and enhancements Shape how communication technology supports customer journeys and internal teams Gather requirements, prioritise initiatives, and turn ideas into deliverable outcomes Use feedback, data, and user insight to improve platform adoption and experience Support platform upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors Champion a user-focused, product-led approach across the business Technologies: Support Product Manager Product Owner More: We are seeking a Product Manager for our UCaaS and CCaaS communications and customer engagement platforms. This hybrid role is based in Poole, Dorset, with two days per week in the office. You will take ownership of a high-impact product area spanning Zoom, collaboration tools, and omni-channel customer communications, working in a collaborative, fast-moving digital team.
