Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Proven experience on NHS or UK government programmes Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and Repos Solid Azure experience covering compute, networking, storage and identity Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or Bicep Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash or Python Experience with containers such as Docker and orchestration tools such as AKS or Kubernetes Good understanding of security best practices in cloud environments Desirable: Experience with NHS Digital or NHS England platforms and standards Desirable: Knowledge of the GDS Service Standard and government assurance processes Desirable: Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics or Grafana Desirable: Azure certifications such as AZ-400 or AZ-104 Responsibilities: Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code Automate builds, testing and releases across multiple environments Monitor platform health, performance and cost Build security and compliance controls into pipelines and infrastructure Work with developers, testers and architects to support smooth releases Support incident response and troubleshoot issues in live services Document processes, environments and runbooks Technologies: Azure Bash CI/CD Cloud DevOps Docker Grafana Support Kubernetes PowerShell Python Security Terraform More: Were looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to join a major NHS programme, building and running the pipelines and cloud infrastructure behind services used across the health system.
