Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across multiple modules Previous experience leading or managing an HRIS function, platform or roadmap Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills, including with systems integrators Experience delivering HR technology improvements and system enhancements Passion for maximising the value of HR systems and workforce data Responsibilities: Lead the development and enhancement of our SAP SuccessFactors landscape Manage HR systems integrations and third-party relationships Own our HRIS roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to understand and deliver system requirements Ensure high levels of data integrity, reporting capability and operational effectiveness Support system upgrades, releases, testing and change activities Technologies: Support SAP More: We are supporting a highly reputable, large-scale organisation in Liverpool through an ongoing period of transformation and enhancement. This HRIS Solutions Lead role provides maternity cover on a 14-month fixed-term contract, running until at least December 2027, with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in Liverpool, and offers a basic salary of up to £80,000.
