Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Experience in solutions sales or account management, with a track record of winning business, growing customer revenue and exceeding targets Confidence presenting to customers and clear communication skills Initiative to follow opportunities through Experience with ERP or accounting software is advantageous; Sage 50 or Cim50 experience is particularly relevant Responsibilities: Build relationships with an existing portfolio of customers Visit clients at least twice a week to understand their businesses and plans Identify and close cross-selling opportunities for software and services Work with sales consultants, marketing professionals and product specialists to develop solutions for customers Maintain an accurate customer database and an active sales pipeline Work towards a margin target Technologies: ERP Marketing Sage CRM More: We are an established ERP consultancy and Sage Business Partner, serving customers across the UK. As our Account Manager for Accounting and ERP Software, you will manage customers using Sage 200, Sage 50, Cim50 and Sage Intacct, helping them get more value from their software while growing our business. The role is primarily home based, with one or two days per month in our Derby office and regular client visits. You will report to our Sales Director and join a team of sales consultants, marketing professionals and product specialists.
