Salary: £130,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements: Significant senior technology leadership experience within a complex or multi-entity organisation Proven track record of developing and delivering technology strategy Experience leading transformation across areas such as data, cloud, cybersecurity and AI Strong commercial acumen and experience owning significant technology budgets Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across infrastructure, applications, service delivery, security and data Credibility and gravitas to influence at senior leadership and Board level Genuine interest in emerging technology, particularly AI and data, and ability to translate opportunities into tangible business value Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Pragmatic, collaborative approach, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational requirements Self-starting, accountable approach and a focus on continuous improvement Responsibilities: Define and deliver the Groups long-term technology strategy, aligned with commercial priorities and business needs Lead the adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to create business value Develop and deliver a Group-wide data strategy that improves data quality, governance and accessibility Build the foundations for AI and analytics, including data architecture, classification, tooling and skills Own the information security strategy and help maintain resilience against evolving cyber threats Oversee disaster recovery, contingency and incident response planning Lead secure and effective IT delivery across infrastructure, applications, cloud and end-user services Develop a contemporary IT operating model focused on service quality, continuous improvement and user experience Manage the technology budget, procurement and supplier relationships, ensuring investment delivers value Lead, develop and inspire the technology team, building the skills and capabilities needed for the future Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted technology adviser across the business Develop and communicate a clear technology roadmap and secure senior leadership buy-in Technologies: AI Cloud Security Support More: We are a highly successful, diverse private group with interests spanning multiple sectors.
