Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with VMware and VCF 9 Practical experience with Nutanix and hyperconverged infrastructure Knowledge of virtualisation, storage and infrastructure networking Experience in infrastructure troubleshooting, upgrades and resilience management Responsibilities: Provide third-line IT support to internal and external customers, managing incidents through to successful resolution and ensuring timely service delivery Configure, manage and troubleshoot VMware virtualisation environments Support the deployment, administration and lifecycle management of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) Administer and maintain Nutanix infrastructure and associated platforms Implement and support hyperconverged infrastructure solutions Monitor system performance, capacity, availability and infrastructure health Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, incident resolution and root-cause analysis Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams Work independently towards agreed objectives, manage workload and act as the lead technical specialist in your area of expertise Technologies: Cloud Support Nutanix VMware More: We are an NHS Trust seeking a Systems Engineer to support our team during a period of staff shortages and deliver major project work.
