Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Proven track record as a Business Analyst in a technology or digital setting Experience working with Product, Engineering and UX teams Experience with web, mobile or customer-facing projects Good grasp of Agile ways of working Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels Ability to translate technical ideas into clear, well-structured requirements Works well independently and is comfortable working with technical teams Responsibilities: Build relationships across IT and the wider business to define and shape requirements Gather, analyse and document requirements, translating them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria Map current and future products, services and processes, both internally and for customers Work with the UX team on customer journeys and digital experiences Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement Assess system and operational performance and identify opportunities to improve resilience Technologies: Mobile Web UX UI Design More: We are recruiting for a growing Manchester-based brand undergoing a major digital transformation.
