Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience with Quest On Demand for Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations Strong knowledge of migrating Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 migration dependencies, including shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and Outlook profile reconfiguration Experience managing migration batches and minimizing disruption to end users Ability to assess migration impacts and challenge plans when risks or gaps are identified Experience working within critical deployment and migration teams in enterprise environments Responsibilities: Deliver Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations using Quest On Demand Plan and execute migration batches, considering dependencies and user impact Work with scheduling and deployment teams to support successful migration outcomes Monitor migration progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular reporting Maintain migration runbooks, deployment documentation, and business-as-usual handover materials Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in migration plans Technologies: Support Microsoft 365 SharePoint Office 365 More: We are seeking an experienced Quest SME to support a large-scale Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration programme. We value a broader understanding of business and user impacts, risk identification, and a smooth end-user experience throughout the migration lifecycle. This is a remote contract running from the end of October 2026 to 12 February 2027, at a rate of £565 per day.
