Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related subject Solid commercial experience with C#/.NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and REST API design Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript, including component architecture, routing, and state management Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, and collaborative Git workflows Experience deploying and managing cloud-hosted applications on Microsoft Azure, including monitoring with App Insights Active use of AI coding assistants and experience integrating LLM APIs and building agentic workflows or MCP servers Strong working knowledge of security principles, including OWASP Top 10, GDPR, and ISO 27001 Experience in a small team or full-stack ownership environment, with comfort spanning development and operational responsibilities Responsibilities: Design, build, test, and ship features across .NET/C# backend and Angular frontend applications Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and uphold these standards in code reviews Investigate and resolve production bugs and third-line support issues, owning problems through to resolution Translate internal stakeholders business requirements into well-scoped, reliable software Provision and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure, maintaining high availability across applications, databases, and integrated systems Manage deployments, apply security patches, maintain backup and recovery processes, and oversee internal and external network connectivity Configure, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps to support secure automated builds, testing, and deployment Automate system administration tasks, including deployments, patching, and environment configuration, to reduce manual effort and risk Contribute to architectural decisions, including technology choices, system design, and platform adoption Use Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage Azure resources and keep environments reproducible, auditable, and consistent Build and maintain positive relationships across the organisation, fostering collaboration based on trust, transparency, and respect Technologies: AI API Angular Azure Backend C# CI/CD Cloud DevOps Frontend Git GitHub Support LLM MCP Network OWASP REST SQL Security TypeScript ASP.NET More: We are a global management consultancy offering a permanent Senior Software Engineer opportunity in our Innovation department, sup
