Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: Strong hands-on experience running and supporting enterprise IAM services Excellent PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory, conditional access, and GPOs Proven 2nd/3rd line support and complex incident management experience Experience leading or supervising technical teams Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical information to senior stakeholders Desirable: Experience with Okta, BeyondTrust, CrowdStrike Identity, and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day IAM operations and provide 2nd/3rd line technical support Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and access issues across hybrid environments Use PowerShell scripting to investigate issues and automate operational tasks Support and maintain Entra ID, Active Directory, conditional access policies, and GPOs Manage escalations, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement Supervise technical team members and communicate with senior stakeholders, including at CTO and CISO level Technologies: Active Directory CTO IAM Incident Management Support PowerShell Security More: We are recruiting a hands-on IAM Service Lead for a complex Identity and Access Management environment in a highly secure client setting. The role is approximately 70% technical and 30% leadership, with a focus on working directly with the technology rather than solely on architecture or service design. This is an opportunity for a technically strong IAM professional who enjoys solving complex problems, leading a team, and taking ownership of a critical live service. Salary is up to £90,000.
