Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, and Defender. Experience in licence administration and system administration. 6+ years of experience as an IT support or infrastructure engineer. Basic understanding of IT security and network/infrastructure. Familiarity with Japanese culture is a plus. Responsibilities: Provide IT support to our users in the EMEA region. Communicate with our support vendor until each case is closed. Perform general IT administration and implementation in a Windows Server environment and the Microsoft 365 portal. Configure IT elements, including day-to-day service delivery. Manage PCs and mobile devices.
