Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Proven experience as a functional consultant on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations Strong hands-on skills with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse At least one full lifecycle implementation Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders at every level Comfortable working in Agile delivery Bonus: Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-210, or MB-230), Power BI experience, or public sector/financial services experience Responsibilities: Run requirements workshops with business stakeholders and turn their needs into functional designs Configure Dynamics 365 CE apps, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Marketing Design and build Power Platform solutions using model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse Write functional specifications and user stories Work with technical teams on integrations and customisations Support testing, UAT, data migration, training, and go-live Advise clients on best practices to help them get the most from the Microsoft stack Technologies: CRM Support Marketing Power BI Office 365 More: We are working with a reputable client seeking an experienced D365CE Functional Consultant for a long-term CRM transformation assignment.
