Salary: £80,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements: Experience designing organisation-wide, multi-entity target-state business architecture, including capability maps, operating models, value streams and business services models, aligned with macro business strategy. Essential: experience in banking Sales & Trading. Responsibilities: Design the EMEA target-state business architecture across departments, functions, legal entities and branches. Collaborate with departments, functions and other regions, coordinating work across these areas. Help departments and functions clarify their business strategies to inform the target-state design. Develop a roadmap for delivering the target-state business architecture, sequencing work to balance business outcomes, cost, delivery time and project risks.
