Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience Senior support, systems administration, or managed service provider experience Hands-on cybersecurity experience, including endpoint protection, alert response, patching, and backup Experience with Kaseya tools or similar RMM/PSA platforms, such as Datto, Autotask, IT Glue, ConnectWise, or NinjaOne Strong Windows and business IT troubleshooting skills Confidence dealing with customers and good documentation habits Desirable: experience with Intune, Defender, Microsoft 365 Lighthouse, Purview, Copilot administration, firewalls, switches, or VPNs; relevant Microsoft or security certifications Responsibilities: Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, including users, groups, licences, mailboxes, security settings, and access controls Work across the Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint admin centres and Entra ID Set up and support MFA, conditional access, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes Run endpoint security, patching, backup, and monitoring, and respond to security alerts Onboard new customers, including discovery, tenant reviews, documentation, and setup Improve internal processes and technical standards Act as the technical escalation point for a range of business customers Technologies: Copilot Support Microsoft 365 Security SharePoint Windows Office 365 More: We are an established managed service provider based in Hampshire, supporting UK businesses with IT, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
