Salary: £30,000 - 34,000 per year Requirements: Some experience in IT support or on a service desk Confidence and friendliness when communicating by phone and face to face Ability to troubleshoot everyday issues for business users Good attention to detail and ability to manage several tickets at once Full UK driving licence Desirable: MSP experience, Microsoft 365 knowledge (including Exchange Online, Entra ID and SharePoint), basic networking knowledge (including Wi-Fi, routers and VPNs), or IT certifications Responsibilities: Handle support calls and tickets across Microsoft 365, Windows, devices, networks and cloud services Administer Microsoft 365, including users, mailboxes, password resets, MFA and account queries Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Windows issues Log and document tickets clearly, escalating them when needed Help with customer onboarding and occasionally visit customer sites Liaise with third-party vendors Technologies: Cloud Support Microsoft 365 Security SharePoint Windows Office 365 More: We are an established managed service provider in Hampshire, supporting UK businesses with IT, Microsoft 365 and cyber security.
