Salary: 65.000 - 85.000 € per year Requirements: Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline Extensive leadership experience managing large and complex construction projects, ideally in the data center or high-tech sector Proven track record delivering major projects with a value exceeding €500 million Several years of experience in senior project leadership positions Strong expertise in project management, contract management, and risk management Experience with international contract forms such as FIDIC or NEC is an advantage Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a strategic, large-scale data center project Lead and manage the entire project team throughout all project phases Ensure project delivery in accordance with schedule, budget, quality requirements, and the highest safety standards Take responsibility for the projects commercial performance, risk management, and contract management Oversee planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities Represent HOCHTIEF toward clients, authorities, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders Build and develop high-performing project teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence Technologies: Mobile More: We are looking for a project leader to join HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH in Berlin and take overall responsibility for one of our strategic data center projects, from initiation through client handover.
