They act as the bridge between sales, delivery, practice leadership, and talent teams to ensure the right people are assigned to the right client opportunities and projects at the right time.</p> <p><strong><br>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <h4><strong>Resource Planning & Allocation</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Manage consultant allocation across client projects.</li> <li>Match skills, experience, availability, location, and commercial requirements to project demand.</li> <li>Ensure optimal utilisation across practices.</li> <li>Balance client requirements with employee development goals.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Capacity Management</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Track upcoming project starts, extensions, and roll-offs.</li> <li>Identify capacity gaps and staffing risks.</li> <li>Partner with recruitment teams on hiring needs</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Work closely with Delivery Directors, Practice Leads, Account Directors, and Sales teams.</li> <li>Facilitate staffing discussions and resource reviews.</li> <li>Escalate resource conflicts and capacity issues.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Commercial Performance</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Drive utilisation targets.</li> <li>Minimise bench time.</li> <li>Support revenue forecasting.</li> <li>Monitor project staffing costs and margins.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Workforce Analytics</strong></h4> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Produce utilisation and capacity reports.</li> <li>Analyse workforce trends and future skills requirements.</li> <li>Provide recommendations to leadership.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3 id="We’d-love-to-talk-to-you-if-you:" data-renderer-start-pos="6821"><strong data-renderer-mark="true"><br>We’d love to talk to you if you:</strong> </h3> <ul> <li>5+ years in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, PMO, operations, or consulting environments.</li> <li>Experience staffing technology, digital, or consulting projects.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Excellent planning and prioritisation abilities.</li> <li>Strong commercial awareness.</li> <li>Experience using resource planning tools and reporting systems.</li> </ul> <div class="_1bsb1osq _18s8y1gf _p12fukw8" data-testid="view-page-labels-container"> <div><strong data-renderer-mark="true"> </strong></div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 id="What-we’ll-offer-you:" data-renderer-start-pos="8044"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What we’ll offer you:</strong></h3> <p>We trust people to do their best work.
