Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Experience with SAP systems and resolving user or system issues Ability to carry out SAP FICO S4/HANA configuration with minimal supervision, following internal policies and procedures Ability to investigate problems, identify root causes and suggest practical solutions Experience gathering requirements and documenting system changes clearly Knowledge of testing system updates and supporting successful implementation Confidence working with SAP users and Technology colleagues on day-to-day requests Ability to manage competing tasks and keep system documentation accurate Responsibilities: Analyse SAP system queries and issues to maintain reliable day-to-day system use Configure SAP FICO S4/HANA in accordance with internal policies and procedures Coach and support team members, promoting effective teamwork Provide third-line internal customer support when second-line SAP support cannot resolve an issue Investigate faults, identify root causes and coordinate practical solutions with relevant teams Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP system changes Support testing of SAP updates and changes before implementation Maintain clear documentation of system processes, changes and known issues Work with Technology colleagues to prioritise SAP requests and resolve them promptly Monitor SAP performance and identify opportunities to improve system processes Guide users on SAP processes and system functionality Technologies: Support SAP SAP FICO More: We are recruiting for a permanent SAP FICO Analyst position in Manchester, supporting our Technology team at an FMCG business.
