Salary: £34,000 - 38,000 per year Requirements: Practical experience using Salesforce to navigate records, update fields, or run basic reports Experience preparing and adjusting reports for financial data and lifecycles Experience working with process improvement Natural interest in AI and a desire to develop Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential Comfort with technology and a logical approach to troubleshooting Ability to explain simple technical solutions to non-technical staff Comfort manipulating basic spreadsheets and identifying irregularities Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including financial planners, and confidence managing service tickets with an external IT partner Full UK driving licence and own vehicle, as the role is in a remote location Responsibilities: Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance, portfolio, and business performance reports using Salesforce Work with financial advisers to provide regular data and make adjustments when needed Routinely audit client data fields in Salesforce to ensure accuracy Assist with basic Salesforce user management Report to senior leadership Complete general coordination and analytical duties Act as the first point of contact for internal staff with basic IT queries or hardware issues Liaise with an external IT firm on hardware, network, or server queries and requests Track internal IT equipment, including laptops, screens, and headsets, and coordinate repairs or new-starter kits with third-party firms Technologies: AI Hardware Support Network Salesforce Backbone More: We are proud to work with one of the South Wests leading financial service providers, established in the early 2000s and committed to delivering an excellent, award-winning service.
