Assist with the operational management of IT infrastructure. Work with our departments to encourage adoption of M365 and help migrate data to OneDrive and SharePoint where appropriate. Work with third parties and colleagues across IS/IT to deliver complex projects, including migration of on-premises systems to AWS and private cloud infrastructure. Assist with delivering projects specific to our company. Liaise with third-party providers for video conferencing, telecoms and infrastructure support. Create documentation to help users adopt our IS/IT systems and processes, and work with our Knowledge team to share it with end users. Develop subject matter expertise in SharePoint and OneDrive. Monitor incident and request queues and identify trends and problems.
