Empresa: Michael Page Provincia: hibrido Población: Descripción: Purpose of the roleYou´ll work across a wide range of projects and campaigns that support our people, culture and business objectives. One day you might be drafting employee stories to bring a campaign to life; the next, updating our global intranet, developing communication toolkits, or partnering with designers to create engaging content. We´re looking for someone who enjoys writing, can plan communication campaigns, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsabilities • Support the planning and delivery of internal communication campaigns that support business, people and engagement goals. • Develop communication materials, messaging and toolkits for different audiences across the organisation. • Write, edit and review content for a variety of internal channels, including viva engage posts, employee stories and campaign materials. • Maintain and continuously improve our SharePoint-based global intranet, working closely with Business Technology teams and external partners. • Help ensure communications are clear, consistent and aligned across channels and functions. • Partner with internal designers to create engaging visual content and communication assets. • Internal Communications Specialist - English - TEMP Contract • Michael Page SSC Key Skills and Compentencies • 3-4 years´ experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a related field. • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. • Strong storytelling skills and an ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content. • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities at the same time. • Well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage projects through to completion. • Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and Viva Engage. • Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining an authentic and human voice. • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with Canva is a plus.
