Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Strong experience as a Business Analyst on Identity Governance & Administration programmes, including platforms such as One Identity, SailPoint, or Saviynt Knowledge of identity lifecycle, Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes, and access governance Experience working in large, complex global environments Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills Experience with HR systems and identity integrations Understanding of identity data models and provisioning workflows Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and dependencies Responsibilities: Lead discovery and documentation of global Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes Map current-state and future-state identity lifecycle processes Gather and define business and technical requirements Capture integration requirements across HR systems, SIEM, PAM, ITSM, and AD/Entra Support application onboarding, role modelling, and access policies Document data flows, attribute mappings, and provisioning rules Work with global stakeholders to align regional and business requirements Support User Acceptance Testing planning and execution Produce key documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and process maps Technologies: Support ITSM Security More: We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a global Identity Governance & Administration transformation, implementing One Identity Identity Manager. We will be standardising Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes across multiple regions and business units, working closely with HR, Technology, Security teams, and a System Integrator. This is a contract role for 3 to 6 months initially, based in London with 3 days onsite.
