Salary: £120,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements: Proven senior leadership ownership of Software Engineering covering workforce transformation, AI strategy and governance, and global scale delivery Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering growth in enterprise software Experience delivering large-scale, regulated, or mission-critical platforms Demonstrated success leading AI-enabled or technology-led transformation Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder engagement skills Experience leading global, multi-time-zone teams with 70+ headcount Knowledge of regulated software environments is desirable but not essential Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience Responsibilities: Own software engineering end to end, including architecture, delivery, and lifecycle for UKI products Drive growth through differentiated capabilities, faster time to value, and commercial execution Deliver high-quality, mission-critical, regulated clinical software with clear accountability for outcomes Lead AI-first transformation across platforms and engineering practices, improving velocity, quality, and cost to serve Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to accelerate go-to-market, implementations, renewals, and expansion Lead globally distributed teams with strong execution discipline and outcome-based accountability Technologies: AI Support Marketing More: We are hiring a senior leadership role with remote working based in the UKI and occasional travel.
