Salary: £45,000 - 52,000 per year Requirements: Demonstrable experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience in a third-line infrastructure or senior support role. Experience with several of the following technologies is advantageous: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP; Microsoft Windows Server; Azure AD/Entra ID, ADFS and SSO; VMware and virtualisation technologies; Exchange and Microsoft collaboration technologies; SCCM/endpoint management; PKI and certificate management; PowerShell scripting and automation; infrastructure monitoring and security tooling; networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, routing and firewalls. Able to work independently and solve complex technical challenges. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Eligible to obtain Security Clearance or already hold clearance. Passionate about technology and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Provide expert third-line support across enterprise-scale Windows environments. Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues. Design, implement and support Windows-based infrastructure solutions. Support project delivery, upgrades and technical change activity. Contribute to service improvement and infrastructure optimisation initiatives. Produce and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with customers, internal teams and technical stakeholders. Participate in an on-call rota supporting critical services when required. Take ownership of complex technical issues and contribute to infrastructure projects. Help maintain the security, availability and performance of critical business systems. Investigate challenging incidents and implement infrastructure enhancements.
