Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: Public sector experience, ideally with local government, education, the NHS, or central government Solid Business Analyst experience in a digital or software delivery setting Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping, and Agile backlog skills Confidence running workshops and communicating with people at every level Enough technical knowledge to work comfortably with developers on APIs, integrations, and data Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment AI knowledge or experience is desirable Bid or tender experience is desirable Responsibilities: Run discovery and requirements workshops with public sector clients Map current processes and identify opportunities to improve them Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritise backlogs Work closely with .NET engineers and designers Contribute to bids and tenders using an understanding of client requirements Support testing, keeping accessibility, data protection, and security in mind Technologies: AI Support Security ASP.NET More: We are a well-established, fast-growing software consultancy based in Cardiff, delivering custom software for councils, colleges, universities, and other public bodies through tenders and frameworks. The role offers variety across multiple clients and projects, working directly with clients as part of a friendly, curious team. It is a fixed-term position through March 2027, with the aim of becoming permanent in April, and pays £55,000–£65,000 pro rata. Hybrid working is available from our modern office in north Cardiff.
