Salary: £28,500 - 28,500 per year Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a car Willingness to undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check Strong understanding of IT systems and environments Strong customer service skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset Dell or other vendor certification at enterprise level or above would be beneficial Previous experience in a data centre and/or smart space technology would be advantageous MSCE certification, manufacturer enterprise server certification, SAN Server, CompTIA A, or CCNA qualifications would be beneficial Responsibilities: Provide maintenance and site-based support Complete tasks in line with company technical and quality standards and procedures Deliver exceptional customer service on site and help ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction Attend incidents and requests as directed by the Customer Incident Centre, in line with engineering work instructions Communicate with customers in a focused, courteous, and professional manner Monitor, update, and progress assigned incidents in a timely manner Coordinate with clients and vendors to manage problem resolutions appropriately and within agreed timescales Resolve hardware issues and basic software problems Technologies: Hardware ICT Support Security Network More: We are partnering with a leading global provider of ICT services for large enterprise and public sector markets to recruit permanent Site Based Engineers across the UK.
