What your day-to-day will look like Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with global clients and strategic business partners. Provide legal support throughout contract negotiations, balancing legal risk with business objectives. Partner closely with commercial and cross-functional teams, offering legal guidance on strategic initiatives and day-to-day business matters. Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions to support EBANX's growth. Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring legal consistency and operational efficiency. Support the continuous improvement of legal processes, templates, and best practices within the Commercial Legal team.
