Drive the programs that move the company.</strong></h3> <p>We’re hiring a high-agency operator into the Office of the Chairman to drive Clover’s most important cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution and results.</p> <p>This is a rare role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems design, and executional rigor. You’ll operate as a force-multiplier to the Chairman and executive team: orchestrating execution across organizational boundaries, defining innovative pilots, testing hypotheses, structuring problems that don’t yet have owners, and driving initiatives that directly shape Clover’s growth and operational leverage.</p> <p><strong>As a Chairman Programs Lead, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Architect Strategic Programs: </strong>Translate high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines.</li> <li><strong>Drive Execution with Chairman-Standard Rigor: </strong>Own initiatives from kickoff through outcomes. Set the pace. Maintain altitude and detail without losing either.</li> <li><strong>Align Stakeholders Across Levels and Functions: </strong>Influence without authority. Drive accountability through clarity, not escalation.</li> <li><strong>Translate Ambiguity Into Action:</strong> When no playbook exists, build one. When priorities are unclear, force rank them. When coordination breaks down, rebuild the system.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate Across Boundaries: </strong>Manage projects that touch internal teams and external partners — vendors, regulators, and strategic collaborators. Align internal readiness to external dependencies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Success in this role looks like:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>First 90 days:</strong> Quickly grasp Clover's business model, establish key relationships, identify 2-3 high-priority initiatives, and implement a structured framework for tracking strategic projects.</li> <li><strong>First 6 months:</strong> Successfully drive multiple cross-functional initiatives to completion, develop systems improving operational
