Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Proven background in a 2nd and 3rd line support environment. Strong experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365. Understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware and software. Experience supporting financial or enterprise-grade systems is highly advantageous. Responsibilities: Provide support across core financial systems, resolving issues across hardware, software, and business-critical applications. Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
