Responsibilities: We lead the successful delivery of technical support services to the customer. We act as the primary customer interface for contractual and operational matters. We manage contract performance against agreed objectives, service levels and contractual commitments. We deliver effective governance through progress reviews, contract reviews and annual management reviews. We produce high-quality reports covering technical performance, financial performance, staffing, contractual matters and health and safety. We manage risks, issues, opportunities and improvement initiatives. We lead contract tasking, change control and commercial processes. We manage contract amendments, financial forecasting and commercial performance. We coordinate delivery teams to ensure appropriate capability, capacity and skills are available. We build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for contract growth.
