Salary: £90,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or product leadership professional Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps and prioritisation approaches Experience managing technically complex software, platforms or infrastructure products Experience within cyber security, ideally with exposure to cross-domain environments Strong user- and outcome-focused product management skills The ability to understand complex customer and operational problems Experience turning customer requirements into reusable product capabilities Understanding of product lifecycle management, technical debt and software evergreening Confidence working with engineering, architecture and delivery teams Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills The ability to make balanced decisions when priorities compete or information is incomplete A collaborative leadership style that enables teams to make great decisions Experience in government, defence, enterprise or other highly regulated environments would be advantageous, as would knowledge of secure software delivery, DevSecOps, cloud platforms, service operations, product discovery or user research.
