Salary: £90,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements: Strong, hands-on Azure platform and infrastructure experience Experience building a platform from its early stages Experience migrating from on-premises infrastructure to Azure Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, containerisation and orchestration Experience maintaining system resilience and service availability during platform change Experience working in a regulated environment Financial services experience is useful but not required Responsibilities: Build and develop the platform as part of a relatively new team Help migrate infrastructure and services from on-premises to the cloud Take technical ownership of platform development and migration work Use Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, containerisation and orchestration in platform delivery Maintain service availability, fault tolerance and business continuity during change Apply practical engineering judgement to progress the transformation Technologies: Azure Cloud Kubernetes Terraform DevOps More: We are a financial institution building our Azure platform and moving from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud. This is a permanent Senior Platform Engineer role based in Central London near Bank station, with four days of remote work per week.
