Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Commercial experience developing Android applications using Kotlin Proven experience building and delivering mobile applications Practical experience using AI in a software development role Good understanding of Android development principles and mobile architecture Experience working with APIs and backend services Strong understanding of software development, testing and version control Experience working in an Agile development environment Strong focus on quality, security and user experience Native iOS development experience using Swift is desirable but not essential Experience in payments, fintech or another highly regulated environment is advantageous but not essential Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin Build secure, scalable and high-quality mobile payment features Use AI tools and technologies to improve development workflows, productivity and software delivery Work with Product, UX/UI and Backend teams to deliver new features Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code Investigate and resolve technical issues Identify opportunities to use AI to improve development processes and product capabilities Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the mobile development environment Technologies: AI Android Backend Kotlin Mobile Security Swift iOS UX UI Design More: We are an innovative, technology-focused fintech business with a growing mobile development team.
