Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements: Experience leading a Data & Analytics function Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and Power BI Background in data engineering, architecture and analytics Experience managing a small team Ability and willingness to remain hands-on Strong stakeholder management skills, including at C-suite level Good understanding of data governance and security Responsibilities: Own and deliver our Data & Analytics strategy Manage and develop our small data team Stay technically hands-on when required Lead the architecture and optimisation of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and Power BI Oversee data engineering, pipelines, lakes, warehouses and integrations Drive advanced analytics, predictive modelling and machine learning Partner with senior stakeholders to turn data into actionable business insight Champion self-service BI and Power BI Own data governance, quality, security and compliance Identify technologies and opportunities to drive innovation Technologies: Databricks Fabric Machine Learning Power BI Security More: Were seeking a Head of Data & Analytics for a growing organisation in London.
