We operate as the technical conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams, ensuring proposed solutions are realistic, achievable, and optimized for customer success. We provide technical expertise, best practices, and solution demonstrations during the pre-sales motion. We lead initial scoping, design, and engagement planning to accelerate deal closure and drive customer lifetime value. We act as a strategic advisor to customer engineering and product leaders on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. We define cloud operating models and drive enterprise transformation initiatives. We partner closely with Account Managers, Shared Delivery Teams, and AWS service teams to ensure seamless solution hand-off and successful implementation. We influence revenue through bookings, solution alignment, and delivery excellence. We mentor and train team members, create reusable artifacts, and drive process improvements across the organization. We share technical expertise through internal and external thought leadership. We translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
