Institutional Commercial Real Estate (ICRE ) provides financial solutions to owners, operators and developers of commercial real estate. These financial solutions include but are not limited to construction lending, term loans, letters of credit, treasury and depository services and equity investment through the purchase of low-income housing tax credits for affordable housing. This Commercial Banking Intern functions as a CRE Relationship Associate Intern by supporting lenders and underwriters across various tasks such as pipeline management, market/data research, collection information for portfolio management purposes and other ad hoc asks. Commercial Banking is offering in-person internship opportunities in either Charlotte, NC or New York, NY . Interns will be required to be in-office 4 days a week.
