Senior-level professional with 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience. C1 English level or higher. Proven end-to-end project management experience, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, change requests, and stakeholder communication. Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience with Flows, OmniScripts, custom fields, and Lightning pages. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, project documentation, Salesforce testing, and data loading processes. Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. Comfort using AI tools, especially Claude, for requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, and testing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Data Loader, UAT, Data Migration, Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Field Service, Marketing Cloud. Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and maintain clear, timely communication with business and technical stakeholders. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, status updates, and executive-facing materials. Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status meetings in Jira. Manage scope, budget, hours, risks, and change requests against the SOW. Coordinate developers, architects, and business stakeholders to keep delivery aligned and remove blockers. Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and Salesforce configurations. Plan and execute testing, including UAT, data migrations, and data loads using tools such as Data Loader. Triage configuration issues and bugs with technical teams, and maintain accurate requirements, decisions, and stakeholder documentation.
