Senior data engineer with 5+ years of data engineering experience and deep hands-on Amazon Redshift expertise. C1 English level or higher. Advanced SQL and proven query tuning experience on large datasets. Hands-on experience with Redshift Serverless, AWS S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS IAM, and Redshift Spectrum. Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow, dbt, or similar tools. Hands-on experience with Workload Management, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing. Skills Amazon Redshift Redshift Serverless SQL Query Tuning AWS S3 AWS Glue AWS Lambda AWS IAM Redshift Spectrum ETL/ELT Airflow AWS ETL dbt Workload Management Data Modeling Data Warehousing Review the current Redshift environment and identify performance, cost, reliability, and design issues. Design and tune tables, including distribution keys, sort keys, compression, and Workload Management configuration. Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines into Redshift using the AWS data stack and appropriate orchestration tools. Optimize slow queries and reduce provisioned or Serverless Redshift costs. Develop data models that support analytics and BI use cases. Document best practices, technical findings, and implemented changes.
