- 5+ years of data engineering experience with deep production expertise in Amazon Redshift or Redshift Serverless. - Advanced SQL and demonstrated query tuning on large datasets. - Hands-on experience with S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM, and Redshift Spectrum. - Experience with Airflow, dbt, Glue, or similar ETL/ELT tools. - C1 English and the ability to work independently with stakeholders. - Review the current Redshift setup and identify performance, cost, reliability, and design issues. - Tune distribution keys, sort keys, compression, queries, and Workload Management. - Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Redshift and the AWS data stack. - Improve analytics-ready data models and document the changes and operating practices.
