Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel) Experience with Windows OS installation and software configuration Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential Responsibilities: Provide high-quality remote IT support to a diverse client base Manage incoming queries and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs Take full ownership of tickets through to resolution using PSA and RMM tools Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devices Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including email and client configuration Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out Promote and adhere to cyber security best practices Technologies: Azure Excel Support Microsoft 365 Mobile Security SharePoint Windows Office 365 Cloud More: We are a growing, forward-thinking business and a dynamic team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to clients across a range of sectors, including care and legal.
