Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience in a 3rd Line Support or Senior IT Engineer role MSP experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory Good networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPNs Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills Responsibilities: Provide 3rd line support and act as an escalation point for complex issues Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory environments Deliver infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and technical projects Troubleshoot networking, virtualisation and security-related issues Mentor junior engineers and contribute to service improvements Technologies: Active Directory Azure Cloud Support Microsoft 365 Security TCP/IP Windows Office 365 DevOps More: We are an established and growing Managed Service Provider based in Cheltenham, offering a hybrid working model and a permanent, full-time opportunity.
