Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change. High problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently. Solid relationship management and excellent communication skills. Ability to explain complex data analysis clearly to end users. Strong data skills and experience using Excel or Google Sheets. Responsibilities: Own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper-based activity and support national project rollouts. Deliver product roadmaps with support from the central operational systems team. Work closely with operational teams to ensure data and reporting are used effectively to improve service efficiency and performance. Use technology to optimise efficiency and drive improvements through smarter use of existing systems or new technology. Develop and implement technology to support digitisation and automation of services. Support the implementation of our digital training strategy and deliver operational end-user training. Support service changes that improve efficiency through routing improvements using spatial technology. Manipulate large datasets to carry out service analysis and support work on operational systems. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract/secondment based in Haringey, with occasional travel to other depots in the region and hybrid working.
