Salary: £29,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: Fluent French and English (spoken and written) Strong communication and customer service skills A calm, professional, and problem-solving mindset Good attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop technical skills Confidence speaking with customers and building rapport Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centre experience is desirable but not required Interest in technology, IT, or networking is desirable but not required Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional support in French and English Help customers by answering queries and guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps Monitor systems and respond to alerts or incidents quickly Investigate issues and gather information to identify possible causes Escalate more complex technical problems to specialist engineers when required Keep customers updated throughout the resolution process Ensure all incidents are logged accurately and managed within agreed service levels Build our technical knowledge through ongoing training and development Technologies: Support Network More: We are Evolve, a dynamic and passionate team committed to building something special.
