Salary: £45,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: Experience supporting or administering NetSuite, or a strong understanding of ERP systems Experience in a business support environment such as IT, Finance, Accounts or Business Administration An understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Fixed Assets and CRM Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills A willingness to learn and develop technically Good communication skills, with the ability to support users across different areas of a business An interest in process improvement and systems optimisation Responsibilities: Administer NetSuite users, roles and permissions Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs Support platform upgrades, patches and ongoing maintenance Provide guidance and training to NetSuite users across the business Create and maintain workflows, SuiteScripts, saved searches and reports Document existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with data and reporting teams to ensure accurate and reliable information Support the use and integration of wider business systems, including Power BI, Power Automate, HubSpot and Microsoft Planner Technologies: CRM ERP HubSpot Support Power BI Marketing More: We are a growing technology and product development business based in Cambridge, UK, offering a permanent full-time opportunity to join our central IT function and support our ERP platform.
