Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Strong experience leading D365 Finance / D365 F&O implementations Proven client-side ERP programme or project leadership experience Experience managing and challenging major Microsoft implementation partners or systems integrators Strong understanding of Finance processes, including AP, AR, GL, purchasing and invoicing Excellent senior stakeholder and Steering Committee management skills A strong track record of business change and adoption Confidence providing structure, challenge and direction in an organisation undergoing significant change Comfortable working on-site in Sussex around three days per week on average, with additional presence when required Responsibilities: Lead the D365 Finance implementation from the client side Own programme governance, Steering Committee engagement and senior stakeholder management Manage and challenge the implementation partner on scope, milestones, quality and outcomes Drive business readiness, change and adoption across Finance and the wider organisation Work closely with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders Coordinate activity across multiple trading entities and a geographically distributed business Keep the programme focused on business outcomes rather than solely on technical delivery Technologies: ERP Support Office 365 Project Manager More: We are a well-established UK business embarking on a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation as part of a business transformation. We recognise that change management and business adoption will be critical, and our implementation partner will provide substantial programme support while we retain business ownership. This is a client-side contract role based in Sussex, with hybrid working averaging around three days on-site per week; it is not a remote programme.
