Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Experience as a Business Analyst within technology change or project delivery Strong requirements analysis skills, including experience with non-functional requirements, integrations, data quality, migration, reconciliation and controls Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence facilitating discussions and constructively challenging requirements and proposed solutions Experience in banking, financial services, accounting or customer systems is advantageous SQL or data analysis skills, or a relevant Business Analysis qualification, are advantageous Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, testers, operational colleagues and third-party suppliers to define, analyse and validate business, technical and data requirements Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, maintaining end-to-end traceability Develop process and data models Review solution designs and supplier artefacts Establish measurable acceptance criteria and success measures Technologies: SQL Support More: We are a purpose-driven financial services organisation seeking a Business Analyst to join our Technology team.
