Salary: £95,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience delivering Data, AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions Hands-on experience with Databricks Strong experience with Microsoft Foundry and the wider Azure ecosystem Experience leading and mentoring AI or engineering teams Experience designing and delivering scalable, production-ready AI solutions Strong stakeholder management skills Responsibilities: Lead a small engineering squad and shape, build and scale AI solutions across the business Own the technical direction of a growing AI engineering capability Lead the design, development and deployment of Data, AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases Rapidly prototype AI solutions and take successful ideas through to production Help shape the AI technical roadmap Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, well-governed and aligned with responsible AI practices Technologies: AI Azure Databricks Machine Learning Cloud More: We are working with a leading organisation that is investing significantly in its Data and AI capabilities.
