Salary: £24,000 - 26,000 per year Requirements: Ideally degree educated, preferably with a business-related degree Some work experience is essential, such as in customer service or administration Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn more complex Excel tasks Confident using Word and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills An analytical and numerical mindset Keen attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Strives to get things right the first time Supportive and helpful team player Customer-focused approach Professional, confident, and calm in busy situations Able to present information clearly and concisely Strong administration and organisational skills Experience using systems or customer databases is highly desirable Responsibilities: Maintain asset data and ensure meter databases and industry registers are accurate through reporting and reconciliations Track and recover meter assets removed from customers Maintain network systems so the growing portfolio and meter points are registered and included in billing after meter installations Resolve customer queries and provide front-line service for meter and network services, primarily by email Ensure service level agreements are met and work to KPIs in line with company procedures Technologies: Excel Network More: We are a successful, growing Energy and Data company based in Surrey, offering a permanent Asset Analyst role within a small, friendly, integral team.
