Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Programming and scripting experience, such as Python and API development Strong problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with AI or large language model platforms, prompt engineering, and agentic tools Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and work with minimal supervision Experience with software development lifecycles, agile delivery, or the construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience, is desirable Responsibilities: Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions Work directly with end users to develop AI use cases, automated workflows, agents, and integrations using technologies including Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork Develop APIs and scripts, test and document solutions, and support the adoption of AI across the organisation Technologies: AI API Claude Code Support Python More: We operate across the power networks, digital infrastructure, and specialist systems sectors.
