Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year Requirements: More than 5 years of experience in functional architecture, project management, solution engineering, or a relevant field Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, or equivalent Knowledge of design or domains such as functional engineering, simulation, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), or architectural mock-up generation Experience leading a project from start to finish and delivering results Knowledge of IT tool customization and architecture, alignment of IT and business strategy, IT product design and development, and IT business change management Willingness to undergo BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to acting with integrity Responsibilities: Conduct discovery meetings to understand and document customer business requirements and operational objectives, and recommend automation opportunities Identify business process improvements and possible IT solutions aligned with digital strategy Support the IT Product Manager with product and service planning based on customer requirements Document current challenges, future requirements, and expected benefits for customers Define and develop specification documents for review with stakeholders and Product team members Design application and infrastructure components for new solutions in line with the functional design Provide expertise in business processes, change management, transformation, functional improvement, and technology enablement for business process reengineering; support architects during projects Follow all phases of the application development lifecycle, including research, design, development, testing, implementation, and support Drive PLM solutions aligned with Airbus Groups Process, Method, and Tools strategy, focusing on SPDM and ADSE on 3DEXPERIENCE Enable MBSE capabilities by integrating CAMEO system mappings, requirements, configuration management, and simulation data execution Technologies: 3D Support Product Manager Architect Security More: We are Airbus Operations Limited, and our Information Management team supports Airbuss digital transformation, including sustainable IT, Skywise analytics, and DDMS.
